As for discussions, we could always do it on the Elixir forum thread. This way people could also see the evolution of the UI and new components. Maybe I should create a components hub for it. You should definitely show off your UI in the thread on the forums.

I am 80% done with splitting the back-end in two for raw-mode and tty which should happen later this week. Unfortunately raw mode in Windows is being a pain. Need to write a NIF to make it work.

What would a 'components hub' be?

Another question. Your 'examples' directory is really great. Would it also make sense to have an 'example prompts' directory? (not sure the best name for this. plans? prompts?) It would contain a collection of prompts in the style of my dev_plan. That way people could browse the collection to learn best practice, and submit PRs with improvements.

My Claude/TermUi experiment went very well. When people see how good it works I think they will be impressed.

Thank you for your pull request, it has been merged.

As for prompts its really become almost like wearing a shirt, a personal style.
Everyone seems to develop their own over time but if maybe we could include some basic ones.

If you are interested in how TermUi was actually developped you can peek under the hood at the notes directory which contains the Planning phases, the work plans of Claude for each feature and the Summary of what was accomplished for each feature as well.
