Table: Table scrolling for pf4 tables less performant than prior versions in openshift (virtualized tables)

Describe the issue. What is the expected and unexpected behavior?
Scrolling of pf4 tables is far less performant than the previous version
Specifically, pf4 tables vs pf3 tables scrolling is noticeably degraded. The PF4 table scrolling is choppy and jumpy by comparison.

This issue is reproducible with the Patternfly sample paes. The scrolling is re-rendering rows on every pixel movement. (See the screenshot attached) This re render did not occur on pf3 tables.

Please provide the steps to reproduce. Feel free to link CodeSandbox or another tool.

Is this a bug or enhancement? If this issue is a bug, is this issue blocking you or is there a work-around?

While we recognize the issue, we don't have an immediate solution. We are currently trying to add / identify a resource to pick up support for this extension. In the mean time we will keep this request in our backlog in hopes that we can address it in the not too distant future. @jcaianirh feel free to continue to check in about this.
