Describe the problem
The CodeEditor component does not react to app theme changes

How do you reproduce the problem?

1. Go to https://www.patternfly.org/components/code-editor
2. Change the theme to Dark in the top right corner
3. The CodeEditor does not react to app theme changes

Expected behavior
The CodeEditor should react to app theme changes

Is this issue blocking you?
List the workaround if there is one.
The workaround is manually setting the isDarkTheme prop based on the selected theme.

FWIW this may be related to #11506. That is more about being able to customize/choose theme preferences, but we would need to be able to ensure that 1) the global theme can dictate what theme the CodeEditor is using, and 2) allow overriding that to use a user-chosen theme (e.g. if I have the global theme set to "dark" I should still be able to have the CodeEditor in "light" theme if I choose).
