Bug - docs: PF-Charts missing import note at top of About page

There is a standard Note at the top of pages documenting components/utilities outside of the standard @patternfly/react-core package notifying users up front that they need to add & import from a different package to use what's documented on the page. (ex: Table, Chatbot, Topology, Component groups, etc.)

The Charts-About page mentions this at the very bottom in the "Develop with charts" section but should include this Note at the top of the page.
