Element numbers and descriptions do not match new annotation screenshots!

• Update the content/copy of each element section to match the number to the description. 
• Update the descriptions for the drag and drop dual list section (onDrag event and postDrag event) including brand new copy a ‘ghost row’ that appears when being mid dragged(related is issue Docs - Update Drag and Drop guidelines #4578)
