Describe relationship to workgroups.el, discuss areas for taking this forward. #123

How is workgroups2 related to workgroups.el.
Also, I noticed that workgroups2 has evolved where you have tried to remove functionality that would be duplicated by other packages.
What is the intersection of workgroups2 with desktop.el (which is included with latest emacs)
In light of that, I'm curious to know your thoughts on having something like workgroups2 also being tied to project.el.
A useful combination would be:
- project.el (included in emacs)
- tab-bar.el (include in emacs)
- tabspaces : This combines project.el and tab-bar.el.
- workgroups
The first three provide project management while workgroups2 can provide saving and restoring window layout per project.
