skip ignorePatterns entries which are covered by .git/.oxlintignore #101
Description
The executable should look into the .gitignore or .oxlintignore file if there are some patterns, which are matched to an ignorePatterns entry.
If an entry is found, the executable should remove it from the ignorePatterns list.
