[BUG] Remove item from sidebar if it is removed

Steps to reproduce

1. Add to sidebar over any folder in the list
2. Remove the item from the file list

Actual behavior

Item still in sidebar

Expected behavior

Item was removed and does not exist anymore, so, it makes no sense to keep it in the sidebar
