Media drag-and-drop between chats feature is broken #1258
Description
I'm not entirely sure what exactly happened, but the feature definitely worked for me yesterday and I don't think there were any updates overnight. My best guess is at some point I tried to drag-and-drop an animated sticker, but instead of the pop-up window offering me to at least send it as a .tgs file, it only switches the chat.
Earlier, as far as I remember, it worked with images, videos and static stickers (as .webp, not preserving the pack metadata). So my attempt to repeat this operation with another file type might've freaked the app out.
I even tried deleting the entire cache of the app (to be precise, I deleted everything that showed up in the AppCleaner, except for the Telegram.app itself) and rebooting the computer, but it didn't help.

Edit: please fix this ASAP, because this feature is vital to me as it's not possible to copy videos to clipboard and forwarding with hiding sender's name isn't an option either since it can't be used in a reply message
