Telegram lost its ability to expose Accessibility UI Elements (around version 9.1.238837 it seems)

we were able to ping every AXUIElement with the macOS Accessibility API and that was awesome:

now we can barely get anything (a few fields without parents, soon in another issue). any way to reverse that? was super useful for automations and other apps that use the AX to target elements.
