Document dependency update instructions #33

It would be really nice to have a documentation on how to upgrade dependencies in the project. Due to the rather complex setup with jhipster this is not straightforward.
I would be glad to get rid of my own fork and contribute to the project with updates via pull requests when e.g. security patches are available.
