Usage instructions do not work

#29 is one thing.

Another is that the command for building the Docker image never seems to exit. And the docker-compose command can't find the image because it's looking in a remote registry.

I can confirm this bug. A solution is to use the image teamdojo in src/main/docker/app.yml .
