ostree composefs related issue

Hi,
I am encountering the following error when ComposeFS is enabled:

ostree admin status
error: loading sysroot: Unexpected state: /run/ostree-booted found and in /sysroot, but bootloader entry not found.

I have enabled [etc] transient=true in prepare-root.conf.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

@cgwalters, Is the overlay created by ComposeFS causing this issue?

That error comes from when you're missing /boot - do you have a separate boot partition? Are you not mounting it?

Hi @cgwalters , /boot is present, and it is a separate partition that is mounted.
