Wikipedia content licensing

Wikipedia content is under creative commons licenses. Should files under
https://github.com/osscameroon/lewa/tree/main/lewa/lewa-data
be under CC-BY-4.0 licenses? Or at least the portions from Wikipedia?

I think it's enough. There is a need to add this license?
