Weblate is live! Important info for contributors

I am pleased to announce that SplitPro now has a hosted Weblate project!

This means that we effectively decouple translation work from the code and users that only want to contribute translations should do so via the web GUI. Please note that all the locales (except for English) are community maintained, meaning that if you see your locale not up to date with recent features, do not open issues about it.

Similiarily, all PRs are not required to submit locale keys other than English!

This is the first time I am using Weblate and i18n, so there may still be some issues or potential improvements and I welcome any suggestions on how to improve the experience for both the developers and translators!
