When trying to update a disabled map that is outdated, OsmAnd reports "... map is up to date." although it isn't.

Steps to reproduce

• Open Maps & Resources / Local / Standard maps
• Tap three dots menu next to a map that is both outdated and disabled
• Choose Update
• OsmAnd presents a toast "... map is up to date."

Actual result

Updating a disabled map is not possible.

Expected result

Updating a disabled map is possible.
