Labor Tracking

Coming from Spiceworks, I found osTicket not being able to track labor to be an issue. This Plugin tracks labor by user and task, is configurable and can be required or not. The phar is written and ready, just remove the .zip from the end of the file name. Once you install the plugin and set the instance, the configuration can be adjusted to fit the organizational needs. Overall labor is tracked as well as by individual and type. It can be edited or deleted.

I'm not sure what you are doing wrong. The repo is open to the public and pull requests are allowed for all users. I mean someone opened a pull request last week. Make sure you have forked the repo, the changes are applied to a branch that is on top of latest develop, and that you make the pull request against the develop branch in this repository.
