pgaudit-17 disappeared although it was not declared for deletion

• pgaudit-17 disappeared from packages.wolfi.dev/os
• Nexus with the nexus-repository-apk plugin for some reason didn't help in this situation
• I checked the Monthly Wolfi Package Removal Notice and didn't find the package listed for removal.

UPD: This therefore affects the update-lock targets but does not affect image building because the packages themselves are present in the proxy repository.

This version stream of pgaudit was not garbage collected as part of the monthly housekeeping but was removed as part of other maintenance activities related to the migration of non-latest versions of packages out of Wolfi.
