I need to talk with someone at Supabase. How can I do this? When I write to [email protected], I only get a reply saying that they might not respond.
I had a project running with them, but it has simply disappeared. And now they won't talk to me. I have upgraded to their Pro version, but their emails say that I'm still with the free version. Something has gotten messed up, and I can't resolve this if no one will talk to me.
Here is a more detailed explanatation of the issue.
On October 29, Ant Wilson sent me the email copied below, saying that if I don't create an account and start paying your fee, my project called "Website Auth" would be paused. So I filled out your form to upgrade to Supabase Pro, and thought that took care of it.
Today I learned that the project is no longer accessible. So I went in and filled out your form again to upgrade to Supabase Pro. This evidently worked, as I got your welcome email.
However, now when I try to access my project your website says that it doesn't exist. I can't even unpause it. It's simply gone. What happened? Did you delete it?
I can't afford to lose that project. It was created by someone else and I don't know how to redo it. Please find it and reinstate it.
Also, please acknowledge that you have received this email. It is unbelievably frustrating that there is no one there that I can call.

Hi there,
To save on cloud resources I just did a scan of all our projects and identified those which have not seen sufficient activity for more than 7 days.
Your project Website Auth was one of those and it is scheduled to be paused in a couple of days.
Your project is not currently paused, but if it continues not to receive sufficient activity, it will be paused automatically.
Once a project is paused:
• We will send another email to confirm that it has been paused.
• You can unpause it from the dashboard within 90 days of the pause date. Beyond that point, you won't be able to unpause your project, but you'll be able to download your data.
To prevent future automatic pausing, upgrade to Pro from your billing settings.
