Option to disable “A new version of this page is available” popup

Every time I switch back to the dashboard tab, this popup appears:

“A new version of this page is available. Refresh to see the latest changes.”

It’s not breaking anything, but it becomes visually distracting when you’re constantly tabbing in and out during work.

Suggestions:
• Add a setting to disable or delay the popup on tab refocus
• Or replace it with a subtle indicator (e.g., small badge or icon)

This would keep the refresh notice functional without the constant interruption.
