I can't log in to Supabase.com (user banned)

Hello Supabase Support Team,

My Supabase account (email: [email protected]) has suddenly been banned, and I’m unable to log in. I did not receive any prior warning or email notification regarding this action.

This is extremely urgent as I have a live production app that relies on Supabase, and my users are currently unable to access the service.

Please review my account status and help me restore access as soon as possible. If any policy or usage violation occurred, I would appreciate details so I can resolve it immediately.

You would need to contact [email protected]

You should also try another browser to make sure not a state issue, but I don't think a banned message is a symptom for the random dashboard lockout bug.

@GaryAustin1 I have created a support issue. But suddenly banning a user account without any intimation or reason is not a good thing. I hope the issue will be resolved soon. Thanks for the help.
