Storage Size usage - Exceeded limit

Want to delete the files from storage to reduce the storage size. But showing contact support

Does seem to be a catch 22. Wonder if it kicks in if you have exceeded for more than 1 billing period...

Besides contacting support, paying $25 for 1 month to clean it up another user seems to have moved the project to a new org.
That would certainly help if you have 2 projects in this org as then each gets its own quota. Might also give a short reprieve to reduce.
