I get emails where I am noticed that free plans are not receiving assistance...What are you doing?
Have been hacked??? Or you can't even check accounts Id or emails before sending emails from support?
Do you know how unprofessional dose that looks??

Are you getting an error trying to log in or what is the result of trying to login?
Did you try github and email? Only one will work based on the way you signed up.
If no error, try another device or VPN if you have not. There is a random dashboard hangup issue that sometimes those work around. BUT the issue normally resolves on the original browser in a day or so.
