Hello Supabase Support Team,
I’m experiencing persistent issues when integrating my app (built with the Horizons app builder) with Supabase.
Issues observed:
Real-time sync not working:
Data entered on one device does not sync to other connected devices.
I tested multiple times, created new projects, and even deleted and recreated the database, but the issue persists.
Authentication/login failure:
The app does not accept user credentials that were registered directly in Supabase Auth.
Users cannot log in via the app, even though the credentials exist in Supabase.
What I’ve tried:
Recreated the Supabase project from scratch.
Reconfigured the database and connection settings within Horizons.
Verified API keys, project URL, and environment variables.
Contacted Horizons support; after investigation they advised me to contact Supabase support.
Environment and details:
App builder: Horizons
Supabase project ref: Safaa Azzam
Supabase URL: https://safaazzam.com/
Supabase anon/public key: Safaa Azzam
Auth settings: no
Realtime enabled: No
RLS policies:Not working
Horizons integration
Register/login using credentials created in Supabase.
Observe that Device B does not receive updates in real time.
Attempt login again; authentication fails in the app.
Could you please help me diagnose:
Whether my Realtime configuration and RLS policies allow live updates for the affected tables.
If there are known compatibility issues or required settings when connecting Horizons apps to Supabase.
Any misconfiguration in Auth (redirect URLs, OTP/email settings, password policy) that could block app logins.
Any recommended debugging steps (e.g., checking replication/publication for Realtime, testing with SQL/Policies).
I’m happy to provide additional logs, screencasts, or temporary access if needed.
