Urgent: Supabase Studio “User’s profile not found” — cannot access account or manage projects (Ticket SU-232999)

Hi Supabase team,

I’m experiencing a blocking issue with my Supabase account after switching/adding a second GitHub account.

Problem:

In Account Settings page of Supabase Studio, I get:

“Failed to retrieve account information — Error: User’s profile not found.”

I cannot submit a proper support request because the organization/project selectors don’t load (only “No specific project” is available).

The “Delete account” page spins forever and never completes.

I cannot reconnect GitHub or manage account settings.

Impact:
Although the database API endpoints for my projects still respond, I am completely locked out of managing my account or linking it to GitHub. This blocks me from deploying, managing settings, or creating new projects through Studio.

Steps I tried (multiple times, different browsers/devices/networks):

Signed out and back in, tried incognito/private mode.

Revoked Supabase OAuth in GitHub and uninstalled Supabase GitHub App.

Cleared cookies + LocalStorage + IndexedDB for supabase.com / studio.supabase.com.

Logged in via Email (magic link) instead of GitHub.

Attempted reconnect from Account → Connections.

I am on the Free plan, but this is a critical account access issue that blocks me from using Supabase at all through Studio.

I’m currently experiencing the same issue. Supabase is terrible at this — they don’t even offer guaranteed email support on their basic plan, which is crazy for a company providing databases.
