Designing a changelog

Hello Patternfly community! I'm looking to add a repeatable pattern for changelog to Patternfly, similar to the ones found in Git or in the version history of Google Drive. I personally need an example like this to show exact changes to a file over time and I am interested in working on it. It appears as though Patternfly doesn't support this as an existing component. I'm wondering if there are any other use cases for a change log like this which I could consider, or if anyone wants to help!
