Pretty common to have an Icon with a Label.

I'm wondering if PF could either have a component to encompass this in a best practice or at least have some sort of guideline/demo with best practice.

I'm not sure about pendo 😅, maybe you meant penta? This is a really common pattern that we use within patternfly components, and I see in the wild in products as well. I'd love to see spacer tokens for this sort of thing or possibly support in a component like the icon component.
