terragruntwith the--terragrunt-non-interactiveflag to always precreate the buckets. Note that if you are concerned about--terragrunt-non-interactivesayingyesto a prompt without your input, you can runterragrunt run-all init --terragrunt-non-interactivefor the bucket setup, which is a safe operation.
