Bottle's Failed To Install Dependencies

I am a new Australian Bottles user on Arch Linux (installed via flatpak), I am having trouble creating any Bottle with the GUI. If I choose the Application or Gameing environment it fails to create the bottle with this Log:

Installing dependency: Microsoft Arial Font …
Failed to install dependency: Microsoft Arial Font

If I choose the Custom environment then it succeeds in creating a base Bottle, but when I enter the Dependencies tab some of the key dependencies fail to install, like AllFonts among some others.

After doing some digging I think it could be broken mirror links to sourceforge, some of the mirrors just don't load at all (might be an Australian thing?). I have no idea how to get around this, I tried the AUR version of Bottles too but it still failed with the same logs. Help would be amazing.
