Annotations ( or SVG div) not rendered when fetching and loading

we are fetching the annotations and set usign setAnnotations or addAnnotation for example i used demo annotation . but what happen when i visit first time, annotations are fetching and set in anno then shown to image but when i switch image it refetch and set similarly previously but its not shown on image but annotations are there in the anno instance.
