How to prevent selection of the lower annotation if another annotation is drawn on top of it?

I have two annotations in one layer. One annotation is hidden visualy from user by using anno.setStyle

anno.setStyle((annotation, state) => {
      const color = `rgb(255, 255, 255)` as Color;
      const colorOptions = {
        fill: color,
        fillOpacity: 0,
        stroke: color,
        strokeOpacity: 0,
        strokeWidth: 0,
      };
    });

and a second is visible and layering on a top of the first one. When I click on a second annotation I suddenly selecting the first one which laying under it.
Is there any chance to prevent if from happeing?
This is how its looks like. The bigger one is the second and the small one is the first. Please, help!

You should use a filter for this, not a style. Alternatively you could also handle it via a SelectAction rule.
