How to configure Radarr to only search for specific language via Profilarr?

Situation:
Radarr will search for media in any/all languages, and I want to specifically and limit the search for English language media. The media must have an English audio track (and make sure it's not a commentary track).

Is there a profilarr feature for this situation?

I see an option for a "Language" condition for Custom Formats.
I see an option in Quality Profiles.

Does that means I have to change all the Custom Formats, and/or Quality Profiles?

In Radarr, I see indexers also have a Multi Languages option.

What's the best way to have Radarr/Sonarr search and return for a specific included language (i.e. English audio track)?
I also probably need "Unknown". Not sure about "Original". I don't want dubbed either. English needs to be one of the main audio tracks, not the commentary.
