The wallet starter adds deps for oraclepki, odst_core and odst_cert. We were advised that the latter two were no longer required in 23ai and that ojdbc alone was enough to access a db using wallet/mtls. Indeed odst libs are not present in maven central in 23.x versions, though oraclepki is. Need to work out exactly what the requirements are, test and confirm, and then based on that either update or deprecate the wallet starter and create a 24.2.x version of it (if needed).
