CSV Export functionality

Add a new functionality to be able to export report data to CSV files by specifying an optional argument (i.e. `–-export csv` or `–-csv`

 
Successful criteria: Able to export data from any of the reports (cluster, index, alias) to a CSV file and consider if other file formats should be also supported like JSON
