Include appcache for local offline support

If the online version is offline by some reason, the locally installed maxdown doesn't work. We should include the appcache.

Seems to work on local installed versions. Tested on FirefoxOS and Android. (Firefox Browser on Android).

Issue will stay open due to some more testing.
