Assess relevancy of repos that were last updated in 2020

There are a number of repos in our organisation that haven't been updated since 2020. Are the contents still useful/relevant and well documented?

I suggest: "If there is no clear need found and active use expected until end of 2025, we will archive the repos. This can be undone if needed"
