different inertia for toes in gait2392 vs Rajagopal model (and derived models) #185

Description

Hello,
I am just reporting something that I feel might be a small typo in the Rajagopal model.
In the lower limb, the model has exactly the same inertial properties of the gait 2392 model for corresponding segments (pelvis, femur, tibia, etc.) with the exception of the toes inertia around z (Izz) which is 0.0001 kg·m^2 in the gait2392 and 0.001 in the Rajagopal model kg·m^2.
I know it's a minor detail but I have noticed it and thought it made sense to report it.
Cheers,
Luca
