[FEATURE] Add "Convert Index To Remote" to action options

Is your feature request related to a problem?
A new action "Convert Index to Remote" is added to the ISM plugin. This option is not yet provided in the dashboard plugin and the page fails to load when a policy is configured with this action.

What solution would you like?
Add support for the new convert_index_to_remote action in the ISM dashboards plugin according to spec of the action.

What alternatives have you considered?
Not really an option I think, since the page fails to load when a policy has the action configured.
