[RFC 8914](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8914.html#name-defined-extended-dns-errors) defines support for marking DNS responses as (amongst others) "blocked", "censored", "filtered", or "prohibited". We should be able to pick these up if they're implemented by the ISPs, etc. e.g. Bind RPZ supports them [as of 9.19.5](https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/commit/41fdb42e9ca0f5fcd1d53a96abdfd37f82b71aba) in 2022.
