Add Checkbox in Plugin Browser to Hide Installed Plugins

Would it be possible to add a checkbox in the plugin browser to hide already installed plugins?
I love plugins, and seeing all the cool things people make, but scrolling past all the ones I've already installed is fairly tedious, and confusing sometimes.

This could tie in with openplanet-nl/plugin-manager#46 (or similar PR), where we have a top bar with some filtering options.
