Ubuntu 24.04 librtaudio-dev libpulse-dev : Unable to locate package issue

Hi,
I have:
cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=24.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=noble
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS"

of_v20260104_linux64_gcc6_release

when I run install_dependencies.sh it works well for other packages but not for these two.

Pls help, how to solve this

I've tried this, but in Ubuntu 24.04 a lot of packages uses libpulse0 and i can't remove it
