Add link to library content from course component #2690
Description
Once you have added a piece of content from a library to a course, there is no easy way to get to that source library content from the course UI. You instead have to know which library it came from and then search for it by name.
As a short term stop gap measure, we can make the little library icon next to the component title (
) be a link to the library source component. This is broadly aligned to where we want to go with this element in the future, though there will likely be changes to this behavior in Verawood.

I'm not sure if this will work well for the course outline page.
