Restore of local pv in different cluster where node name differs from source cluster

As of now we are doing restore for the localpv in the same cluster after deleting the application. Prior to velero v1.3, Restoring of local pv backup in different cluster(different node names compare to source cluster) was not supported. This issue is to test restore in different cluster for localpv. Here, different cluster needs to have different node name.

Scenario:
1:

• Restore for localpv backup in different cluster should work without any changes. (velero version >= 1.3)

2:

• Configure node mapping as mentioned in https://velero.io/docs/v1.4/restore-reference/#changing-pvc-selected-node in destination cluster
• Restore the localpv backup in destination cluster
• localpv should get provisioned on the node mentioned in node mapping.
