Ability to apply "SHEFPARM" to ShefRecord list #5
Description
Once there is a list of ShefRecords (data from SHEF file converted to expanded data) available it should always be run through at "SHEFPARM" table.
There will need to be a way for downstream users to override this default file. Will likely create an SPI hook.
