Folder download fails when Windows System clock is 1h behind #2558

Bug Description

oc-6.2.0 started at hetzner cloud via docker compose according to https://docs.opencloud.eu/docs/admin/getting-started/container/docker-compose/docker-compose-base/
Browser: Microsoft Edge, Version 148.0.3967.70 (Official build) at Windows 11 Home, 25H2, Build 26200.8457

Upload a folder with a few files.
Click on the folder, 3 dots menu, select download.

A file archive.txt is shown in the downloads list.

Reproduction Steps

This happens on windows only. Ubuntu and Suse can download folders.

Expected Outcome

download should download.
(Or at least the user should see a hint, that the clock of the local laptop is off -- all other functions work when the clock is off. only download seems affected.)

Actual Outcome

Nothing is downloaded for a folder download.
Simple file downloads work just fine, anyhow.
