I installed observer 5.3.3 on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS server, but I have a problem running tools/cli/ob updates start everything because OB Core was updated to version 20230418 and cannot be updated to the latest version 20240212. Where can I view the logs why the problem occurs?
php version: PHP 8.2.27
mysql version: 8.0.41-0ubuntu0.22.04.1 (Ubuntu)
nginx version: nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)
