Description
We need to be able to directly link EMDenseReconstructionDataset entities to CellMorphology entites originating from them. We want to do this by registering a new type of Derivation.
Technical implementation & specs
The "derived-from" of the Derivation would be a EMDenseReconstructionDataset entity. The "derived-to" would be a CellMorphology. No additional info needed.
Describe alternatives considered
In this ticket we discussed alternatively a series of queries to resolve provenance via the EMCellMesh entity between them. This was deemed too slow.
