Can mcpo run as streamable https?

Hey

We use litellm as an proxy and would like to serve various mcps (for e.g. calculator, time, search, etc) centrally to openwebui.

However, as far as I understand, litellm only supports http streamable and sse for integration.

mcpo can integrate a http streamable mcp server, but can it serve with streamable http?

I was able to run docker MCP Gateway as a streamable http mcp server with MCPO and model was able to interact with the mcp server. I am following up on an open question with respect to selecting the right tool rather relying on the model to pick one based on relevance please refer #255
