Update web app manifest and icons for rebranding

- Changed the name and short name in the site.webmanifest from "MyWebSite" and "MySite" to "Open UG Labs" and "Open UG" respectively.
- Updated the binary files for the web app icons (192x192 and 512x512) to reflect the new branding.
