Feature: Track invites and referrals.

Current behavior

In order to increase developers on the platform, we show incentivize new users invited to a team. 6 unique invites should enable a user to get a sticker sent to them or similar.

Suggested solution

We will need to track referrals and invites in the DB.

• Invited user should have an referred_by column.
• This column can also have Chrome Extension, Twitter, and other unique Campaign names.
• Users should get an extended trial or free month based on how people they invite. Feature: Free trial #1150
